The Tomb Raider!
The Tomb Raider used to be a Mahayana Buddhist monastery and university. As there are trees growing out of the ruins it has made Ankor Wats most popular temple. It was built in the late 12th and early 13th century. Before it was ruins you could see walls decorated by precious stones, hear beautiful music, and dancing in the halls.

The Ankor Wat!
The Ankor Wat was built to honour the Hindu God, Vishnu. It is still the largest religious building in the whole world. It was build between 1113 AD and 1150 AD. The Ankor Wat was converted into a Buddist Temple in the 14th century. It is the most important archaelogist sites in South East Asia!!

The Rice Fields!
Rice is the main food in Khmer Emire, there are actually stone carvings of after war them eating rice at feasts. The farmers planted over 50 million fields of rice and over mountains, and they would arvest it three or four times each year. The people use agriculture to produce food for survival and trade like rice. Trade with the rice and fish were a key part of the Khmer Empires economy.
The Preah Ko Temple!
The Preah Ko Temple was one of the first mountain buildings built. The towers face east, and the front central tower is the tallest.
The temple was built under the Khmer King Indravarman I in 879 to honor members of the king's family
Preah Ko consists of six brick towers arranged in two rows of three towers each perched on a sandstone platform.

The Bayon Temple!
The Bayon Temple is well-known and richly decorated Khmer temple at Angkor in Cambodia. It was built around 1190 AD by king jayavarman VII and is a buddism temple. The temple sits at the centre of Angkor Thom
